• Introducing any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• Attempting to reverse engineer any portion of the Website or Services

CABA Innovatives offers a 100% Job Guarantee or Money Back program for eligible students who complete certain courses. The specific terms and conditions of this program are as follows:

• The student must complete the entire course curriculum with a minimum attendance of 90%
• The student must complete all assignments, projects, and assessments with a minimum grade of 70%
• The student must actively participate in the placement process, including attending interviews arranged by CABA Innovatives
• The student must maintain professional conduct throughout the course and placement process
• The job guarantee applies to positions relevant to the course of study and at the minimum salary level specified in the course description
• The refund under the Money Back guarantee will be processed within 60 days of the student's eligibility determination

CABA Innovatives reserves the right to modify the terms of the Job Guarantee program at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to students already enrolled under previous terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Website and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website and Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Website and Services.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall CABA Innovatives, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
• Any content obtained from the Website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if CABA Innovatives has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CABA Innovatives, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Website and Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website and Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Website and Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Website and Services.
