Refund Policy

At CABA Innovatives, we strive to provide the highest quality education and training in multimedia, animation, and related fields. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to request a refund for fees paid. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.

By enrolling in any course or program offered by CABA Innovatives, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a written refund request to refunds@caba.in or visit our administrative office in person.
2. Include your full name, contact information, course details, date of enrollment, amount paid, and reason for requesting a refund.
3. Provide any supporting documentation that may be required (e.g., medical certificates for health reasons, job search documentation for Job Guarantee Program refunds).
4. Our administrative team will review your request and respond within 7 business days with a decision.
5. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed according to the timeframe outlined in Section 4.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

• Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing.
• Bank Transfers: Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-7 business days after processing.
• Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued by check or bank transfer, which may take up to 14 business days to process.
• EMI Payments: Refunds for payments made through EMI will be processed according to the terms of the financing institution and may take longer to reflect in your account.

The following fees and charges are non-refundable:

• Registration fees
• Application fees
• Administrative processing fees
• Course materials that have been issued to you
• Software licenses that have been activated
• Late payment fees
• Any third-party services arranged on your behalf

Additionally, if you have received any scholarship, discount, or promotional offer, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after deducting such benefits.

CABA Innovatives offers a 100% Job Guarantee or Money Back program for eligible courses. To qualify for a refund under this program, you must meet all of the following criteria:

If you meet all these criteria and have not secured employment with a minimum annual salary as specified in your course enrollment agreement, you will be eligible for a refund of your course fees. The refund will be processed within 60 days of approval.

If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course begins, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation 30+ days before course start date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee
• Cancellation 15-29 days before course start date: 75% refund of the total course fee
• Cancellation 8-14 days before course start date: 50% refund of the total course fee
• Cancellation 0-7 days before course start date: 25% refund of the total course fee

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admissions@caba.in and will be processed according to the date the request is received.

Instead of requesting a refund, you may opt to transfer to another course or defer your enrollment to a later batch. The following conditions apply:

• Course transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the original course start date.
• You may transfer your enrollment only once without incurring additional fees.
• If the new course has a higher fee, you will need to pay the difference. If the new course has a lower fee, the difference will be refunded according to our refund timeframe.
• Deferral of enrollment is allowed for up to 6 months from the original course start date, subject to batch availability.

CABA Innovatives reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in cases of extreme hardship or extraordinary circumstances. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of CABA Innovatives management.

Documentation supporting the claim of hardship or extraordinary circumstances must be provided with the refund request.

CABA Innovatives reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The Refund Policy that was in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your refund request.
